OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
Documents required for submitting applications at refund@mathez-monaco.com :

The original invoices (documents received in PDF format can be printed in colour)
The attached original power of attorney, duly completed and signed by the company representative
The complete banking details of the account to be credited (Account name, IBAN or bank account number, SWIFT code, etc.)
A copy of your company’s valid trade register extract for the period of the application or any document justifying your professional activity (please specify your NACE code).

WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION: Italy, Spain, and Germany
Documents required for submitting applications at refund@mathez-monaco.com :

The legible copies of the invoices for which you wish to claim VAT reimbursement
Any other documents and/or information that may be useful for the proper processing of the file (depending on the type of file, copies of contracts, copies of sales invoices, etc.)
A bank account details form
